How it works

From a government record to a conversation.

Six stages. Each one is auditable, and each one refuses to guess.

  1. Detection

We cover all 337 OSHA area offices and follow each inspection from the public record to the citation. How current each stage is today is on the data page.

  2. Classification

Cited standards map to services by rulebook — 1910.147 is lockout/tagout. Ambiguity is the exception, not the method.

  3. Scoring

An Opportunity Score out of 100, from trigger, scope, recency and industry. Every point opens to its reason.

  4. Matching

Your states, industries and services decide what reaches your feed. Not a national firehose.

  5. Enrichment

We resolve the business and find the right person — the EHS manager, or the owner at a small shop.

  6. Export

A CSV of the companies, the people and their work addresses, each with what our verification found — ready for the sequencer or CRM you already send from.

What we deliberately do not do.

Being explicit about the limits is part of being trustworthy.

  • We do not present our analysis as a government determination. The Opportunity Score is ours; the enforcement record is the agency's.
  • We do not claim a citation is final when the public record shows it is still open or contested.
  • We do not scrape websites that prohibit it, and we do not invent contact data.
  • We do not let outreach run without your identity, a working opt-out and a real business postal address.

This product uses the DOL Data API but is not endorsed or certified by the DOL. It also uses EPA and DOT open data and is not endorsed by either agency. Enforcement records are public government data and may change as cases progress.
