Pay for pipeline, not for a database.
Every plan covers OSHA, MSHA, EPA and FMCSA — not OSHA alone — with an alert every day and the full path from public record to a scored, matched opportunity. Annual billing is two months free.
All prices in USD. Contact enrichment and outreach features are included as listed on each plan.

Pricing questions
- Does ViolationPulse send the emails for me?
- On Growth and above, yes. You connect your own mailbox and send from it — your domain, your name, your reputation, which is also what gets replies. We never send from ours. Messages are paced under a daily limit you set, anyone who opts out is suppressed for good, and every message carries your postal address and an unsubscribe link because U.S. law requires all three. You can also export a CSV and send it elsewhere. If you do, note that Mailchimp, Brevo and Constant Contact prohibit cold email in their terms and close accounts that send it, so do not import this list there.
- Is there a free trial?
- You can request five free matched opportunities before subscribing. No credit card is required for that report.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
- What counts as a matched opportunity?
- An enforcement event that passes your territory, industry and service filters and appears in your feed.
- What is a company lookup?
- Asking who works at a company OSHA inspected. We find that company's own website, confirm it is really them, then return names, job titles and work email addresses, each carrying what our verification found: confirmed, or a catch-all domain that accepts mail for anybody and so confirms nothing about one person. A company somebody in your own organization has already looked up costs nothing to open again.
- Why can you not find contacts at every company?
- OSHA publishes the establishment name and the state, not a domain. When two companies share a name and nothing on the page settles which one was inspected, we tell you we could not identify them rather than hand you a plausible stranger's inbox.
