Terms of Service

Last updated September 30, 2026

Agreement

These terms govern your use of ViolationPulse. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to the Acceptable Use Policy and Data Disclaimer, which form part of this agreement.

The service

ViolationPulse provides software that processes public enforcement records, matches them to criteria you define, and supports outreach you initiate. Availability of specific features depends on your plan.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the sender information and business postal address you configure, for the content of messages you send, and for complying with all laws applicable to your outreach — including commercial email law in the jurisdictions where your recipients are located.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for the actions of users you invite.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions renew automatically for the interval selected until canceled. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are stated in U.S. dollars.

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal: you keep access until the end of the period already paid for, and that period is not refunded.

One-time lists

A state list is a one-time purchase of one PDF, built when your payment goes through, with the rows its button showed before you paid. You can download it straight away, a copy is emailed to the address you paid with, and the download link keeps working. A list names employers and inspections; it contains no contact details for individuals.

If the PDF does not reach you, or the file will not open, write to support@violationpulse.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will send it again or refund the purchase in full. Because a list is delivered in full the moment it is paid for, it is not otherwise refundable.

Data accuracy and no warranty

Enforcement records originate from government sources and may be incomplete, delayed, revised or superseded. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that any record, score or contact detail is accurate, current or fit for a particular purpose.

Not professional advice

ViolationPulse does not provide legal advice, compliance certification, official government determinations or underwriting decisions. Decisions you make using the service are your own.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
