Information we collect

Account information. Name, work email address, organization name and authentication details when you create an account.

Usage information. Actions taken in the product, such as saved signals, campaign activity and administrative changes, recorded for security and support.

Business contact data. Professional contact information associated with companies in your pipeline, obtained from data providers under their terms. This is business information used for business-to-business communication.

Public records. Enforcement records published by the U.S. Department of Labor (OSHA and MSHA), EPA and the U.S. Department of Transportation (FMCSA).

How we use information

To operate the service: matching enforcement activity to your criteria, enriching company and contact records, sending the transactional and campaign messages you configure, billing your subscription, and providing support.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your organization's private data to serve another customer.

Data separation

Each organization's private data is isolated at the database level. Access is enforced by row-level security policies and least-privilege database grants, not by application code alone.

Retention and deletion

You can export your organization's data and request account or organization deletion at any time.

One exception, deliberately: email suppression records are retained even after a campaign, user or organization is deleted. Removing them would risk contacting someone who has already asked not to be contacted. This retention protects recipients, not us.

Subprocessors

We use third-party providers for hosting, database services, transactional email, payment processing, error monitoring, data enrichment and outreach delivery. Each is bound by its own agreement and processes data only to provide its service.

Your choices

You can update your account details, request an export, or request deletion. Recipients of outreach can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every message, which adds them permanently to the sender's suppression list.

Contact

Privacy questions can be sent through the contact page. Company legal name and postal address are published in the product footer and in every commercial message we send on a customer's behalf.
