The newest inspections OSHA opened there with no citation yet (up to 400), the employers cited in the last 90 days and the mines and quarries MSHA inspected — and, for the services they concern, EPA enforcement and the trucking carriers put out of service. Matched to what you sell. Every state shows exactly how many rows you get before you pay. One payment, no account, yours the moment you pay.

What the PDF holds

Newly opened, no citation yet. Inspections OSHA opened in the state in the last 30 days that have no citation, one row per workplace, newest first. A quiet state reaches back 60 or 90 days, and the cover says so.

Recently cited. Employers whose citations were issued in the last 90 days, with the number of citations and the penalty OSHA proposed. The Department of Labor publishes citations about a month after they are issued.

Mines and quarries. Every mine, quarry and sand and gravel operation the Mine Safety and Health Administration inspected in the last 30 days, with the operator, its mailing address and the citations issued during the visit — MSHA cites on the spot.

Environmental enforcement. Pick HAZWOPER, industrial hygiene, environmental compliance or another service it concerns, and the list adds the facilities EPA and the state agencies it tracks inspected, found in violation or acted against — hazardous waste, air and water — with any penalty and a link to EPA's own record.

Trucking carriers. Pick DOT and FMCSA compliance, and the list adds the carriers based in the state that FMCSA ordered out of service, or whose roadside inspections in the last 30 days put a truck or a driver out of service — with the fleet size and the USDOT number to look them up.

Nothing is padded. A state with fewer inspections gets a shorter list, and you see its size before paying.

Want the next ones as they open?

The list is a snapshot. Core follows your state every day: each new inspection matched to what you sell, with a daily alert, for $49 a month.

Is this a subscription?

No. One payment for one state's list. Nothing renews and there is no account to create.

How is it priced?

By the size of the list, both sections together — under 25 rows: $9, 25 to 49: $19, 50 to 99: $29, 100 to 149: $39, 150 or more: $49. The price for your state and services is on its button before you pay.

How current is it?

The list is built from our database the moment your payment goes through. New records are synced every night from the Department of Labor, EPA and the Department of Transportation, and the newest date for each state is shown above before you pay.

How do I get it?

You download the PDF as soon as the payment goes through, and the same PDF arrives by email. The download link keeps working.
